Brides-to-be were swept off their feet at last night’s expo at the Hilton Garden Inn that offered a sneak peek at the soon-to-open rooftop wedding space.
Called “Above,” it crowns a $15 million, 10-story expansion of the Bloomfield hotel that includes two-story ballrooms, six floors of guest suites, a lobby with fireplace and a two-story, 10,000-square-foot rooftop bar.
“We took a little piece of Vegas, a little piece of the rooftops in Manhattan, a little bit of the elegance of the catering halls in New Jersey — and we wrapped it up all right here on Staten Island,” boasted hotelier Richard Nicotra.
