Corporate Park of Staten Island is all business, but the setting and amenities take away lots of the stress

Nestle practical office buildings in a serene woodland, and as they say in the movie “Field of Dreams,” “They will come.”

The Corporate Park of Staten Island, located on the West Shore along South Avenue, has enabled businesses to thrive, say tenants.

“I’ve really had the opportunity to see the Corporate Park develop and grow,” said Diane Anselmo, a senior analyst at the CollegeBound Network.

Ms. Anselmo has been employed in the park since the company moved into 1200 South Ave. in September 2001.

“I’ve seen the area change and grow in a good way over the last 11 years,” she explained, noting the Nicotra Group, which owns the Corporate Park, had yet to acquire the Teleport, when she first arrived and the Hilton Garden Inn had just opened when she began working at CollegeBound, said Ms. Anselmo.
