The Lois & Richard Nicotra Foundation To Award

to “Do Good” on Staten Island; more than $1,475,000 awarded.
The Nicotra Foundation hosts May 28th 2025 Awards Ceremony at the ‘The Circle’ located on the Corporate Commons Three Campus at 1441 South Avenue.
Founded in 2011, The Lois & Richard Nicotra Foundation aids non-profit organizations on Staten Island as they help our community while also providing Scholarships for college to Lois and Richard Nicotra’s employees’ children and grandchildren.
Hosting this grant ceremony at the COMMONS café and Pienza Brick Oven Pizza Café as a venue is meaningful in that it allows all those gathered to see the “Eat Good. Do Good.” motto of these social enterprise eateries realized, since 100% of the profits from the COMMONS café and Pienza Brick Oven Pizza Café are awarded as grants and scholarships Nicotra Foundation recipients.
Since 2011, The Lois & Richard Nicotra Foundation has awarded a total of $1,478,043 to 506 non-profit organizations and scholarship recipients.
